How long will it take to get my order?
Orders will be processed within one to two business days. You will receive a happy email when your order has been shipped. Shipping times and pricing vary depending on where the order is going & are subject to change without notice.
How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping costs vary depending on weight and where they are headed to. The shipping cost will be applied upon checkout after the delivery address information has been filled out.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes, but FIRST! Please reach out to my email with an all-caps subject line, “ORDER QUESTION/CONCERN” to contactcilla@silliecilla.com and let me know what’s going on with your order. Was it the wrong item(s), did it come damaged…? Spill the tea, honey, because I need to know. If I don’t respond right away, it’s probs because I’m running around the studio like a headless chicken. I will try my best to get to you within 72 hours.
I need this order immediately, can I expedite it?
Not at this time. However, if this is a custom order, we’ll discuss shipping options during our one-on-one consultation.
What can I do if I would like a custom order?
You can email me with an all-caps subject line that says, “CUSTOM INQUIRY”. That way I can see it right away and get to you as soon as possible. Sometimes the studio gets pretty busy, please give me some time to respond. I aim to respond within 24-48 hours, but please don’t hate me if it takes 72+ hours. There’s only one Cilla running the silliecilla:) show around these parts. You get it! (;
